Well, Well… Well! After multiple mailings and sales attempts we finally have Forest Green Apartments to add to our list of clients! They have 12 buildings which will offer us many services that we offer which they have expressed to request: Move-out/turnover cleaning, Ozone Services, Carpet Cleaning and Building Maintenance Services. What sealed the deal was they hired us for 3 units to do move-out cleaning, 2 units for Ozone Services and 2 live in units for Ozone services, 3 Units for carpet cleaning and 1 building for hallway and stairs cleaning (Not so much that it was needed yet, but more to see the outcome) which between removing multiple heavy spots and removing and brightening the carpets impressed them! They also tested us by requesting a building maintenance cleaning in 1 building and were impressed of all the areas we cleaned that other cleaning services missed. They were super impressed on how well the laundry room looked as well.
So, from her on out we will be providing building maintenance services on all 12 buildings once a week split up between Mon, Wed and Friday to lessen the daily load of request tickets. The regular scheduled building maintenance services include all laundry rooms, rental office, Recreation room, work out room and residential gathering area. Move-Out cleaning is on an as needed basis, but they said they average 20 units a month that they turnover. They were super impressed with our Ozone service results and said they are considering adding that to each move-out cleaning, which we will discount as a bundled service.
People, I know that I don’t have to remind you that my cleaning crew is my front line ans the ones who make it possible to keep our clients happy!
