Holiday Inn Express and Suites

We are happy to announce that we have secured the account of 6 Holiday Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn Express which is a franchise owned by ATM Hawthorne Properties! They own 6 hotels n NH and Mass. and we are contracted to offer any service that we offer. It all started when they contacted us to clean the carpets in the hallways and stairs at one of their properties and 12 of the rooms. They were so impressed with the outcome and our customer service that they want us to provide our services to all their properties! Within the 2nd week of signing them on as a client they have scheduled the following:
All hallway and stair carpeting to be cleaned at ALL their hotels, tentatively 50 rooms to clean the carpets and some furniture, Pressure wash 1 property in the front of the building, 80 rooms throughout all the properties for rooms to be Ozone cleaned , he mentioned that Ozone services will be ongoing and busy with a good amount of rooms on a regular basis mainly due to people smoking in the rooms, he said that he does not give it a second thought to Ozone the room because he charges the customer $200 for breaking the non-smoking policy!
This is a huge account and promised to give us a steady amount of work! They has a commercial cleaning service for 10 years but the company was sold and he was not impressed with the sales person and their mandatory required raising of prices! He also mentioned that whenever he called them, he always got their voicemail and the average time they returned his call was 3 days!
He highly complimented that we answer our phone live and that our customer service was awesome and the salesman who sealed the deal was very professional, answered all his questions and went above and beyond!

Remember that just because he seems to be pleased and easy about dealing with us, he is very picky about the outcome and said no matter if he has to pay more at another cleaning service, he will fire us and move to the next cleaning service until he gets the outcome he expects! He was very bold and clear of that, so lets show him that we stand behind out mission statement and show him that we offer services with benefits and prove to him that “There is a difference between cleaning providers!”
We are going to add 2 more crew members to handle the additional service requests, I’m doing this in the hopes that this will lighten the load on Frank and his crew. Good luck guys on the BM Crew for offering all our clients the best outcome and I know our legacy will carry on!
