I would like to welcome Teeny and Morris Commercial Properties to our client list! The own some strip malls and some commercial office buildings. We have been calling on them for about a year and they finally gave us some work that impressed them to make the decision to sign onto us as a client.
They called us 3 months ago for a post-construction cleaning at a office building renovation and area carpet cleaning at an empty store at a strip mall and between the 2 services they were impressed from the initial phone call to the end result! They have inquired about some services that they need in the future which is: Carpet Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Commercial Window Cleaning (ongoing) and he will refer us to his tenant about our services which he said some of his tenants would acquire through the past cleaning service. So, with our great efforts and outcome of the services we provided has impressed this account to become a client, he also mentioned that they are very friendly with other commercial property owners and will refer us to them as well, he said they have gatherings and all the owners always pass along who they use for certain services. So, as I HAVE ALWAYS SAID… “You never know who your customer knows, always treat them like they know many other people, including the president of the united states!”
